Nourish Your Creative Soul

Upper Squamish Valley, Spring, 2025 (Details TBA)

Treat Yourself.

  • Explore your artistic side.

  • Let your imagination soar.

  • Write your book (or story, memoir, poetry, script, graphic novel, screenplay, essay, etc.)

    Time. Space. Support. Community.

LOCATION: Glacier Valley Farm. Approximately 15 minutes from Squamish.

A "refined rustic," off-the-beaten-track (but easily accessible) nine-bedroom lodge on a forty-acre slice of paradise in the Upper Squamish Valley.

Interact with farm animals if you wish — horses, goats, chickens, sheep, alpacas, emu and more. Walk the beautiful trails. Soak in the hot tub under the stars, surrounded by mountains, pastureland and forest. Jump in the river for an invigorating cold plunge.

But mostly: write. Treat yourself to a long weekend of inspiration, quiet, space, time and whatever support you need.

A deposit of half the tuition fee is due upon registration. Remainder is due two weeks before the retreat begins.

What former participants had to say about their Tap In Creativity Retreat experience:

"I loved immersing myself in Katherine’s creative world at The Tap In Retreat.

A highlight was the group work sessions, which had us laughing and getting the creative juices flowing. There was the perfect amount of quiet time to work on my writing project, with fun, creative activities sprinkled in (painting, singing, yoga, walks).

I left feeling rejuvenated and inspired."

– Tammy

"In this retreat I felt more supported than ever in my life. I was able to achieve and surpass my writing goals as well as learn new things about the craft. Katherine has created a truly amazing environment were even I felt welcome. The food was great, the property was magnificent, and a bison sneezed on me.

Needless to say, I had an absolutely fantastic time and highly recommend this experience to anyone creatively inclined."

—Anastasia

"The Tap In Retreat super-charged my writing, creativity and contentment battery. All of the elements that Katherine carefully composed coalesced into a highly rewarding weekend of ease, inspiration and flow. The sweetness of this experience is still being felt in the continue community and confidence that emerged from our time together.

Anyone looking to reboot their creativity needs to go to this retreat."
